Field Labrador Retrievers
Red Spruce Retriever is a small CKC-registered family Kennel in Nova Scotia.
We train our own dogs to be family and hunt companions, as well as to compete in CKC hunt test and other CKC sports competitions.
Our current team consists of four working dogs - one breeding stud, one breeding dam, one puppy girl, and one retired dog. Our dogs live in our house as part of our family and are trained in local wetland areas of the Eastern Shore in the Maritimes. Our goal at Red Spruce has always been to breed healthy Labrador Retrievers that are well-socialized, have calm temperaments, and have a natural drive for retrieving and working.
