Red Spruce Retriever is a small CKC-registered family Kennel in Nova Scotia.
We train our own dogs to be family and hunt companions, as well as to compete in CKC hunt tests and other CKC sports competitions.
Our dogs live in our house as part of our family and are trained in local wetland areas of the Eastern Shore in the Maritimes. Our goal at Red Spruce has always been to breed healthy Labrador Retrievers who are well-socialized, have calm temperaments, and have a natural drive for retrieving and working.
We are proud to have produced healthy Labrador Retriever that are thriving as a family and hunting companion, in hunt and field trial tests, as well as lots of other dog sports.
